The process of recruiting new employees should ideally be carried out carefully and in a measurable manner in order to obtain workers who truly suit your needs. There are quite a lot of recruitment applications used for this process, in order to get maximum output. In general, the benefit of having a recruitment application is to optimize the recruitment process run by the company. Recruitment systems help make their tasks easier by facilitating access to candidate data, improving the quality of recruitment, and making it easier to communicate with candidates. Therefore, having an employee recruitment application is mandatory for HeadHunters or Recruiter so they can carry out their duties more effectively and efficiently.

Goal

Online recruitment applications have several advantages over conventional recruitment. Several advantages of the online recruitment process for both jobseekers and recruiters.

1. The online recruitment system makes it easier for HR, from posting job vacancies on job portals to automatically screening candidates according to company needs.

2. Candidate data information will be easily transferred into the company database when the jobseeker becomes an employee so there is no need to repeat data input. The risk of candidate files being lost will be smaller because everything will be stored in the system.

3. The goal of the process is to get qualified, appropriate candidates and according to the company's needs.

4. Time efficiency is the main goal. Administrative work that takes a lot of time can be reduced if the process is done digitally.

Stage 3. UI design and prototyping

  • Created detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, focusing on crafting an inviting and user-friendly interface. Selected a warm and inviting color scheme and typography that reflects the app's WLB

  • Developed high-fidelity prototypes that showcased the app recruitment features. Conducted iterative design reviews with the team to refine the prototypes.
